Navigating Chaos, finding Clarity
For parents trying to understand what their child needs at home, at school, and within support systems.
I help you slow things down, make sense of what matters, and find a clearer next step.
With 28 years in education, leadership experience as an Assistant Principal, and a Master’s in Special Needs, I offer practical guidance through an education lens.
Understanding What Your Child Needs
For parents who are feeling overwhelmed at home by big emotions, behaviour patterns, meltdowns, masking, school exhaustion, routines, or possible neurodivergence.
I help you slow things down, make sense of what may be happening underneath the behaviour, and identify practical ways to support your child at home.
This may include support around regulation, routines, communication, emotional overwhelm, behaviour patterns, and understanding what your child may need next.
School Navigation
For parents dealing with school meetings, reports, IEPs, learning plans, communication breakdowns, or feeling unheard.
I help you understand the language schools use, prepare clearer questions, identify what matters most, and communicate with more confidence.
This support can help you feel more prepared before meetings, better able to ask for adjustments, and clearer about what your child may need at school.
Support Pathways & Next Steps
For parents feeling overwhelmed by referrals, forms, waitlists, funding language, support services, or confusing processes.
I help you sort through the information, understand what is being asked, and work out the next practical step.
This is parent-friendly guidance to help you feel more organised, more informed, and less alone as you navigate support systems.
Why From Chaos to Clarity
From Chaos to Clarity was created for parents who are carrying a lot and trying to make sense of what is happening for their child at home, at school, and within complex support systems.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you are managing big emotions, behaviour patterns, school concerns, reports, meetings, routines, referrals, and next steps all at once.
I bring over 25 years of experience in education, including leadership as an Assistant Principal, along with a Master’s in Special Needs.
I support parents through an education lens, with a focus on neurodivergence, home support, school systems, reports, meetings, behaviour patterns, and practical next steps.
I do not diagnose, provide therapy, or replace professional medical advice. My role is to help you feel less overwhelmed, more informed, and better prepared to support and advocate for your child.
.
Working with From Chaos to Clarity was a turning point for our family.
We came in feeling overwhelmed, confused, and exhausted. Through steady, clear support, things finally started to make sense. We felt heard, guided, and better equipped to navigate what came next.
